From Leads to Loyal Customers - The Journey Through a Sales Funnel

When you are in the business of selling a product or service, it is important to create a clear roadmap for how prospects move through the sales process, from initial awareness to becoming loyal customers. After a prospect has signed up for your product, they will need to use it and experience how well it meets their needs. This will help them decide whether or not to continue using it and become a loyal customer.
